Compatibility
This game is designed to run only on Windows 10 and above. This game will not run on a Chromebook, Mac, or any mobile device.
It is recommended to have at least 4 GB of RAM, a processor equivalent to an Intel Core i3 5th gen or better, and at least 5 GB of storage for decent gameplay.
This game can be played with both any supported XInput (Xbox™️ controller or similar) gamepad, and any standard keyboard and mouse. Certain parts of the game will require the use of a keyboard and mouse in order to progress.

bro its a virus no cap. I saw my antivirus and it said that your catto boi data folder YOUARENEXT.vbs is a virus. I told my friends that its a virus and i deleted it before i got it
nope, it's not a virus. It's your antivirus false detecting the game, the YOUARENEXT.vbs has a command that opens your CD tray, that's why. and, the other games and this game is safe too, it just has creepy fourth wall breaks.

When i'm on the.. "last?" part, i delete the Entity's hook but when i do it, the game does not progress. Is that, normal?

I think the latest GMS2 IDE update has broken a lot of things in this game, I'll try to patch this out sometime

that is fucking ridiculous for such a good gameIf anyone wants to remove the file-lock after the game ends, If your C: Drive has a folder named "Games" with a permanent.lock file, delete the Games folder or the folder the permanent.lock file is in.
Edit: Forgot to say the full folder name is C:\Games\system\whomstve\permanent.lock

hey man, ive noticed what may be a bug, or just something on my end.

ok so ive noticed that some of the text files (including some from previous games) dont appear on my desktop like they're supposed to. everything else works fine, like the background changing or the mouse moving, however there are no text files. I tested it with the banana easter egg and yeah nothing happens. if you knw why, please lemme know^^
that's unusual - if you have OneDrive, that might conflict with the text file creation
it could also be your antivirus blocking the game from creating text files on your desktop, so if you can, try and check your antivirus settings or even put the game on a whitelist.
(just a reminder, no the game is not a virus and it will not destroy your pc)

File Lock ain't doing it's job
Either that, or Catto is really bad at his job, and it ain't there no matter how many times he tries. (AKA, the Major Bug)
this is really hard to fix - i solved the file lock problem, but now the file check (for not opening more than one instance of the game at a time) is not working at all and i can't seem to fix that no matter what i try... i've been at this for like 2 hours now! lmao
