- Fixed silent crash at end of ACT 3 (after going over WindowPopup functions to replace button string arguments with integers, I happened to misread one and set it's title to an integer, causing this crash.)

So I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the Save Utility doesn't seem to work with the 2.0 version of this game, as it can't locate not only the save file where it's normally located, but the encryption file. I also can't find where the save file ls located. It won't let me delete/backup/load the save file, as it seems to need the old encrypted save files instead of the new decrypted save files.
I will update the tool today to account for this change (since I forgot to), but for now, go into "C:/Users/username/AppData/Local/Catto_Boi" and your save file should be there to copy and restore.

bad news - i'm unable to load the source project for the save utility...
i might write a guide on how to manage saves manually until i can figure something out.

no.. this doesn't happen on my end
what does your save file look like? (you should be able to see it's contents after 2.0.0.16)
